The successful QVT candidate is self-motivated and highly analytical. Formal financial training is far less important to us than intellectual curiosity and a proven ability to get things done. We particularly value individuals who have shown an ability to conduct and complete research.

Our team members are drawn from diverse academic backgrounds. Many hold science degrees, including physics, engineering, mathematics, and computer science. Others come from the liberal arts. What they all share is a strong intellectual interest in understanding complex investment situations and a commitment to the level of work and attention to detail needed to do so.
